Meal Plan Monday - February 6




I spent $71.76 on groceries for this week. I was planning on only buying what I needed for the week, but there were a few deals that I couldn't pass up.



Triscuits were on sale and I had coupons. I paid $1.55 each. They usually cost about $2.50 each, so I was really happy to get them at this price. We eat this brand of crackers because the original Triscuits have just three ingredients - whole grain wheat, vegetable oil and sea salt - and are one of the least processed. Broccoli was also on sale for $.99/lb.



I price-matched Raisin Bran at Walmart and used coupons. They were just $1.50 each after the sale price and coupons. 



English muffins were just $.50 each at the bread store.


My meal plan for this week is below.  I have some turkey leftovers from last week, so I will be using that instead of chicken in these recipes.

Homemade Instant Oatmeal with raisins and blueberries

Dinner

Black Beans with rice, carrot sticks, cornbread
Baked Ravioli, leftover cornbread
Quick Chicken & Corn Wraps
Black Bean, Rice and Veggie Burritos
