Meal Plan Monday - November 9

Last week we tried One Pot Wonder Chicken Lo Mein and One Pot Wonder Stuffed Pepper Skillet and our whole family loved them.  It was a nice change and made dinner preparation very simple for days when I am working.  I will definitely be adding them to our favorite recipes.

Here's my menu plan for this week:

Chicken salad wraps, Slow Cooker Butternut Squash Soup

Irish Beef Stew, Yogurt Biscuits

Skillet Cheeseburger Macaroni, corn, carrots

Chicken Broccoli Rice Casserole, carrots

Homemade pizza with whole wheat crust

Spaghetti with Heart Healthy Spaghetti Sauce

Leftover night
