Meal Plan Monday - September 9

As a new soccer mom, last week I encountered a common problem that many soccer moms face: how to get a quick and filling dinner on the table during soccer season.  This week I've added a few convenient crock pot meals to make soccer nights less stressful.

Cereal, Blueberries
Homemade Instant Oatmeal PacketsBlueberries
Scrambled Eggs, Toast
Whole Wheat Banana Pancakes (from the freezer)

Cream Cheese & Blueberry Jam Pancake Sandwich, Yogurt, Pretzels
Mini Blueberry Muffins, Carrot Sticks, Grapes
Whole Wheat Toaster Pastries, Crackers & Cheese, Grapes
Whole Wheat Banana Bread spread w/cream cheese, Yogurt, Carrots & CucumbersDinner Leftovers

    Corn Chowder, Super Easy Whole Wheat Biscuits

    Crock Pot Tater Tot Casserole, Peas

    Korean Beef, Mashed Potato, Peas

   Classic Minestrone (crock pot), Leftover Biscuits

   Pizza made with fail-proof pizza dough

   Dinner Leftovers

   Bacon Hashbrown Breakfast Wraps & Tomato Soup

Both of my children also play soccer, here they start at 4 years old and we play 2 seasons a year, spring and fall. I know what you mean of how busy it is! My son also runs cross country so on Wednesday nights, he goes from cross country right to soccer practice. Poor thing has to eat his dinner in the car! Soccer is such a great and fun sport though! Wow, it sounds like you are a very busy momma! My husband and I both played soccer and we are thrilled that our older son has shown an interest. I hope your family has a wonderful season!
