Since we had some very hot weather last week and I decided not to turn on the oven, last week's menu didn't go exactly as planned. Instead of eating out though, I was able to use things that we had on hand to get us through the week without turning the oven on. It was a good reminder that I need to take into account the weather this summer while making a meal plan!

Baked Teriyaki Chicken (I am going to try this recipe with 1/2 the amount of sugar), Super Easy Whole Wheat Biscuits, Mixed Veggies
Spaghetti, Tossed Salad
Mini Pizzas with Super Easy Whole Wheat Pizza Crust
California Pilaf, Corn
