Meal Plan Monday - June 24




My husband is on vacation this week!  I always look forward to vacation weeks and try to plan simple meals that don't take a lot of time to prepare.  Wednesday is also our anniversary and instead of eating out to celebrate, I'll be making one of his favorite meals.

Breakfast
Cereal, Bananas
Homemade Instant Oatmeal Packets
Pancake Dippers, Scrambled Eggs
Cinnamon Stove Top Granola

Lunch
Tossed Salad
Chicken Salad Sandwiches with Apple Slices, Carrot Sticks
Rice & Bean Burritos with Corn & Salsa, Apple Slices
English Muffin Pizzas, Grapes
Dinner Leftovers

Dinner
Monday:
    Ham Sandwiches, Carrot Sticks, Applesauce

Tuesday:
     Slow Cooker BBQ Chicken, Super Easy Whole Wheat Biscuits, Green Beans

Wednesday:
    Mexican Steak Fajitas, Roasted Tarragon Potatoes, Tossed Salad

Thursday:
    Meatless Meatball Heros (we did not get to try these last week.)

Friday:
   Leftover Night

Saturday:
   Roasted Hot Dogs, Ranch Style Baked Beans, Lemon Parmesan Broccoli, Old-Fashioned Frozen Lemon Cheesecake

Sunday:
    Meatless Hash, Leftover Biscuits
