The Cinnamon Stove Top Granola was a huge hit at our house last week! I didn't add any of the brown sugar that the recipe called for since I thought it would be plenty sweet enough with the honey. It turned out to be a chewy granola that our whole family loved.
I've also started looking for more meatless meals to try and save a bit more on our grocery costs. Last week I made Chicken Fried Steak which really isn't chicken or steak (don't tell my husband)! I was completely surprised by the texture and how filling the meal was.
