Meal Plan Monday - 4/1

There were just a few changes to last week's plan.  Monday's lunch was changed when we decided that the pumpkin pancakes that I was cooking would make a nice lunch.  A couple of pancakes did not make it to the freezer!

A couple of other meals were switched to different days in order to accommodate our schedules, but last week's meal plan still worked out great; I had a plan I could follow, but it was flexible enough to meet our needs on any given day.

We were invited to have Easter dinner with family, so I will be cooking our Easter ham this week.  We usually only eat ham when it is on sale so this is a real treat for us!
