   Chicken Fettucini Alfredo, Mashed Sweet Potato - A $5 meal! {Sweet potatoes are on sale at
  Hannaford for $.59/lb this week!}

Thursday:
  Pasta  

Friday:
   Citrus Tarragon Chicken, Baked Sweet Potatoes, Broccoli  - I found this chicken recipe while
  browsing through some cookbooks this week.  I'm looking forward to trying it!

Saturday:
   Asian Chicken Stir-Fry With Mixed Veggies

Sunday:
   Happy Easter!

   Teriyaki Chicken {in the crockpot}

   Leftover Night

Meal Plan Monday - April 4















This week I didn't have my meal plan ready for grocery shopping day, but I had some ideas and decided to wing it.  Not only did I spend more than usual on groceries this week, I also discovered that I was missing several ingredients that I needed for a few new recipes that I wanted to try.  It was a good reminder of why I started meal planning and great motivation to get back on track next week!
