Meal Plan Monday - April 4















This week I didn't have my meal plan ready for grocery shopping day, but I had some ideas and decided to wing it.  Not only did I spend more than usual on groceries this week, I also discovered that I was missing several ingredients that I needed for a few new recipes that I wanted to try.  It was a good reminder of why I started meal planning and great motivation to get back on track next week!

Breakfast
Cereal
Toast & Yogurt
Strawberry Smoothies
Glazed Cinnamon Scones - Warning: these are very addicting.

Lunch
Nutella & Jelly Sandwiches w/Strawberries
Mac & Cheese w/Peas
Chicken Nuggets w/Veggies
Tuna Salad Sandwiches w/Grapes
Dinner Leftovers

Dinner
Monday:
   Teriyaki Chicken {in the crockpot} w/Baked Potato & Salad w/homemade croutons
Tuesday:
   Chicken Stir-fry

Wednesday:
   Braised Sausage & Beans

Thursday:
   Spaghetti

Friday:
   Chicken Taco & Rice - A one skillet meal!
Saturday:
   Tuna Casserole

Sunday:
   Leftover Night
