Meal Plan Monday - February 14













It's Valentine's Day!  Instead of eating out at a fancy restaurant, I usually splurge a bit in order to make one of my husband's favorite meals for dinner.  This year's main dish uses beef sirloin or tenderloin--something we only splurge on about once a year!  Get my complete Valentine's Day menu as well as other recipes for this week below:

Monday:  Happy Valentine's Day!
  Beef Tips w/Mushrooms
  Brown Rice w/Carmelized Onions & Peas
  Maple-Glazed Carrots
  Homemade Biscuits
  Cherry Parfaits 
 
Tuesday:
  Spaghetti

Wednesday:
  Pineapple Chicken Stir-fry

Thursday:
  Super Sloppy Joes
  {We love these sandwiches!  I like to substitute the crushed tomatoes with petite diced tomatoes.}

Friday: 
  Apple 'n Onion Chicken

Saturday:
  Breakfast for Dinner--Pancakes, Eggs, Bacon

Sunday:
  Leftover Night
