Meal Plan Monday - April 16

This week is school vacation week for our oldest son and we are looking forward to a wonderful week with lots of warm, sunny weather! 

Since my mornings won't be as rushed, I've got a few new breakfast recipes to try.  I'm hoping to surprise the boys with doughnuts for breakfast!  Not to worry though; these Banana Bread Doughnuts are much healthier than the store-bought version.



Here's what's cooking in my kitchen this week:

Monday:
     Chicken Taco & Rice

Tuesday:
     BBQ Chicken Quesadillas--Using chicken from Slow Cooker Barbecue Chicken recipe.
      
Wednesday:
     Steakhouse Shepherd's Pie*, Peas, Garlic Bread

Thursday:
     Baked Whole Wheat Corn Dogs*, Corn, Tater Tots

Friday:
      Leftover Night

Saturday:
      Baked Ravioli*, Corn, Garlic Bread

Sunday:  
       Chicken Bacon Ranch Wraps
