This week is school vacation week for our oldest son and we are looking forward to a wonderful week with lots of warm, sunny weather! Since my mornings won't be as rushed, I've got a few new breakfast recipes to try. I'm hoping to surprise the boys with doughnuts for breakfast! Not to worry though; these Banana Bread Doughnuts are much healthier than the store-bought version.
