Meal Plan Monday - March 19

Just as I was getting ready to make the corn casserole last week, I realized I forgot to buy the cream-style corn.  Did you know that you can make your own?

One of my favorite recipe sites, allrecipes.com, came to my rescue with this recipe.  I substituted milk for the heavy cream and ended up with a fresh and flavorful creamed corn that was delicious.

Here's what's cooking in my kitchen this week:

Breakfast
Cereal
Toast, Bananas
Banana Baked Oatmeal

Toddler-Style Lunch
Nutella & Jelly Sandwiches, Raisins, Yogurt
Chicken Nuggets, Rice, Peas, Grapes
Ham Sandwiches, Carrot Sticks, Pretzels
Turkey Wrap With Cucumber Cream Cheese, Apple Slices
Dinner Leftovers

    Roasted Chicken, Veggies, Rice

Tuesday:
Chicken, Bacon & Pineapple Quesadillas*, Corn
