Just as I was getting ready to make the corn casserole last week, I realized I forgot to buy the cream-style corn. Did you know that you can make your own?One of my favorite recipe sites, allrecipes.com, came to my rescue with this recipe. I substituted milk for the heavy cream and ended up with a fresh and flavorful creamed corn that was delicious.
