Wed: Chicken Quesadillas {great way to use up leftover chicken}
Thurs: Cranberry Chicken w/Baked Potato
Fri: Slow Cooked Mac & Cheese {get Kraft cheese for $1 each at Walmart!} w/Veggies
Sat: Baked Chicken w/Veggies & Potatoes
Sun: Leftovers
