3-4 boneless frozen skinless chicken breasts
1/4 cup soy sauce {I used worcestershire sauce}
1/4 cup agave nectar {I used honey}
1 garlic clove
Directions:
- Put the garlic clove in a freezer bag with the frozen chicken.
- Mix the soy sauce {or worcestershire sauce} and liquid sweetener together and add to bag.
- Put in the freezer until ready to use.
- When ready to use, thaw in the refrigerator overnight and bake at 350 degrees for approx. 40 - 45 minutes.
NOTES: The original recipe calls for boneless, skinless chicken breasts, but I used chicken thighs as they were on sale for $.89/lb. It does take a bit of extra time to remove the skin and extra fat, but for that price I was willing to spend a little extra time with the preparation.
